General Terms:⊳ You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.⊳ Payment must be received within 48 hours of claiming a slot-- I accept Square Invoicing and PayPal.⊳Payment plans can be discussed if the commission is $300+ !⊳ Commissions can take between a few days & a few months depending on outside factors; I cannot give exact time estimates!⊳ Prices of commissions are subject to change at any time.⊳ My client's views & opinions outside of the commission do not reflect mine.⊳ I require a clear, unshaded, SFW visual ref for each commission, not including refs & customs! Top nudity is fine for any gender.⊳ You may not use my art or designs in association with non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or AI-generative content in any way.⊳ I do not offer refunds once the commission process/sketching has started.⊳ You may not remove my watermark or edit my artwork once it's been delivered; I am happy to make edits for you!⊳ My artwork may not be used for commercial use unless given express permission.----Design Terms:⊳ You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a design from me.⊳ My designs do come with commercial rights! You're welcome to use them for mascots, merch, etc-- design credit is appreciated!⊳ You may create personal species based on my designs!
Sharing the species with friends is fine, as long as it doesn't turn into an "open or closed" publicly hosted species.⊳ Please be mindful of resale value! I would prefer designs not be resold for more than purchased from me for, unless there has been extra art/value added.----I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

‼️ PWYW pieces are sketchy and unfinished by nature. Though I try my best, they're cheaper than my usual work because I am providing a less detailed piece with extremely fast turnaround!
Pieces are somewhat artistic liberty-- just because I need to draw fast in order to get through my queue! Again, I do my best to put in as much detail as I can, but nothing is guaranteed. Please be patient with me!^{⊳ PWYW pieces are done on a 1500x1500px canvas-- sometimes with scenery or reference pieces I will choose to make them larger in order to accommodate my ideas. This is up to my discretion!}‼️ Once a piece is completed, I will ask if there are any edits that need to be made. Once it's approved, I will not be making any further changes to the piece!^{⊳ Edits after approval will not be made without a fee, since the layers are harder to sort through!}‼️ Slots are first-come, first serve! I put PWYW pieces into my queue as they fill. There is little to no wiggle room about where on the queue your piece will be, simply because my priority is timeliness; I stream anywhere between 8-11hrs during PWYW days, and need to be able to get all my work done for my lovely commissioners!^{⊳ If you're concerned about missing your slot, I send out a ping in my Discord server every time I start a stream! I also keep the queue availability updated in the COMMISSION PINGS channel.}

1) I need at least one form of social media so that I can check sources!2a) I will NOT do ANY NSFW or fetish art for these pieces. I am okay with some levels off suggestion, i.e. flirty poses, jokes, and expressions, but do not send me NSFW refs etc. If you mention wanting NSFW or make fetish jokes I will not accept your comm, please just be mindful!
Additionally, though I am willing to draw gore and enjoy doing so, I will not draw anything brutally fatal or sexualized. I need to comply with streaming platform guidelines, so please check in with me about these prompts!2b) Non-sexual nudity from the waist up is a-okay for masc and femme presenting characters, regardless of anatomy!3) I can split commission amounts up into sketchpage-style pieces! Just let me know if that's something you're interested in and we can wiggle stuff around!4) When I send invoices, I send them for the base price for the tier you've selected! You can add however much extra you'd like in the "tip" section! :3c6) PLEASE REMEMBER that I only work with HQ flat-color visual references! If it's a screenshot of a 3D character, that's fine as long as you swatch the colours next to them! I will not work with "visual collages" like Pinterest boards, shaded screenshots/refs, or descriptions of characters unless it's a custom/ref. It makes it harder to finish the piece quickly for you, which is exactly what PWYW events are all about!7) Your commission will be cancelled if you haggle with me on prices.8) These PWYW day commissions can be upgraded into full lined-and-finished comms any time! This will place the piece onto my current queue and has a chance of being finished faster since most of the work is done already! All you gotta do is pay the difference and we're set ^.^
